– Our listed prices are by default in USD.
– A 100% payment is required in order to make a reservation.
– If a reservation is canceled 90 days or prior to arrival, 90% of payment will be refunded due to administration expenses.
– If a reservation is canceled 30 days or prior to arrival, only a 50% of payment will be refunded.
– If a guest doesn’t arrive or tries to cancel in the last 30 days before arrival, no refund will be available.
– Cancellations of any reason are considered as equal…
– When payment is made, the price its automatically exchanged to Mexican Pesos; so the refund, in any case, would also be in Pesos disregarding the exchange rate of the date of the refund.

In the case of special attention; please send us an email and we might consider some viable options or not, depending on management criteria.

We as a small hotel, have our own set of rules and regulations so we can make this place the best place possible.

In order to do Check-In, it would be necessary to have paid in full 100% of your stay.
Also, a $50 US guarantee deposit will be required during Check-In and would be refunded at Check-Out only if you leave everything in good conditions.
We can’t guarantee that your room or villa would have an ocean view, or is located on the ground floor or top, only if we said so in writing.
The online reservation system will locate your reservation on the first room available. 
We are not responsible for lost items or stolen ones in our installations, we ask you to keep your belongings and put them in the small safe in your room.
Neither are we responsible for any harm caused for any reason to your car in our out of our premises.
We do not allow people on the pool area or other installations if they are not hosted with us, for any reason.
In order to keep our hotel in a relaxed mood, we have some regulations for the noise and pool hours as well as jacuzzi and terraces. Please ask at the front desk for these rules and regulations.
We don’t allow parties or events of any kind in our hotel unless stated in writing by us, the administration.
We don’t allow pet’s of any kind with no exceptions.
There is parking for 7 car’s or golf carts, and those places will be occupied in order of appearance, in case we are full, it’s not allowed to park in the way of other cars, and you should park on the street.
Each of our villas or suites have an allowed occupancy of:
        Suite “A” – 2 People.
        Suite “B” – 4 People.
        Suite “C” – 4 People.
        Main House – 10 People.
In case of additional person needed, this would have to be authorized in writing by us, and usually with an additional cost per night. (Maximum of one additional person per suite or main house).
All of our suites have air conditioning only in the master bedroom area, and not on the living room or secondary bedroom.
The Main House has only two air-conditioned installed. One for each of the master bedroom with king size. The other bedrooms don’t have air-conditioned due that those have palapa rooftop.
If anyone inside our installations its surprised in possession or consumption of any type of drug’s considered by the Mexican law, they will be consigned to the corresponding.
No Cristal or glass allowed in the pool premises
We don’t allow people that are not hosted with us inside our hotel, for any reason unless we approve this personally or in writing.
Sometimes in Sayulita town, the power electricity goes off in general, and we are not responsible for the lack of this service due to electricity problem’s in town.
We are also not responsible for any accident occurred in our hotel.
Nor for any damage caused for climatic changes or special natural disaster’s.
No refund will be implied in case of Natural Climatic changes of any kind.
At the moment of Check-In, a bracelet will be placed in the wrist of all of our guest’s, this is in order to identify any other person not hosted with us. If your bracelet is removed we will have to place another one with the cost of an additional $50 to your balance due.
The unfollow of these rules and regulations would represent a fine of $800 pesos in each case.
