Hotel Frequent Asked Questions:
- You received a “Pending” Confirmation but not Confirmed Yet?
The spot its reserved for you and we only need to process the payment, but you can rest assured knowing that you can buy your plane tickets. If we find trouble with the payment we would let you know and sure will figure something out.
- Is the hotel pet-friendly?
No, no pets allowed in the hotel… (Sorry about that)
- Do we have parking available?
Yes, we have parking available for our hotel guests, but only 7 spots available, open to occupancy of parking.
- Golf carts in the hotel?
Yes, you can rent your Golf Cart, park it and charge it as long as a parking spot is available.
- Can we host a large party or wedding?
No larger parties allowed in the hotel, even it all gets booked by the same group. We can only offer the best Sayulita accommodations.
- Do we offer Travel Agencies commissions?
Our hotel prices are direct and the best rate available; we don’t work with any agent or agency so far, but thanks for asking.
- Does the hotel have a Private Beach?
We do have a beach in the hotel, but it is not private per se, you can even walk to Sayulita downtown by the beach and it is only 10 or 15-minute walk.
- The hotel offers long-term bookings?
If available we can have you as a guest for as long as you wish, but no large discount available.
- Can the Suite guests use the Main House pool?
No, the private pool and terrace of the main house are only available to the guests of the main house; unless those invite the other to join, or come in a large group altogether. But only hosted with us.
- Airport shuttle or transportation?

- Why book online on our website?
Its the only way, also its faster and most efficient way to get your booking; in fact, all our availability it’s up to date in real time. Manual bookings are ONLY done for special requests or large groups.
