The private house is located directly on the Sayulita beach, offering non-stop views of the beautiful pacific ocean and Sayulita famous surf break. Has  3 master bedrooms, each with 1 King size bed and full bathroom. There are also 2 bunk beds allowing for up to 10 people to sleep comfortably.

In the main house, we only have installed two air-conditioned, for two of the master bedrooms in the king size bed area. The other bedroom has a Palapa roof so there is no air conditioned there, but it’s very fresh and several fans installed for comfort. Also, all the bedrooms are closed with windows and offering great views to the ocean and beach.

We have a maximum occupancy in the private house of 10 persons unless we agreed by email that some person would be allowed (usually with an additional cost per night).

Guests can enjoy its private pool and have a huge outdoor palapa with a grilling place, living and dining area. The private house and all of its facilities are completely separate from the Casablanca Suites. Indoor there is a fully equipped kitchen and large family room.
